Jayeonrak Kimchi of Namdojirak preserves the deep and rich flavor of Jellanam-do, also known as Namdo, the southern province in Korea while making Kimchi that can be enjoyed by many people anytime and anywhere.
Natural salt roasted in the sun in Do-cho island, Shinan province and left to dry for over 3 years, salted seafood made with anchovies and shrimp which are caught near the southwestern coast in Korea, cabbage grown in the yellow soil of the southern provices, and various ingredients from the wide fields and clean seas of the southern provinces enrich the savory flavor of Jayeonrak Kimchi.
