3. Slide one leg at a time through the leg holes and pull the diaper up like underwear.
4. Adjust the waistband and leg cuffs to ensure a snug fit without gaps.
5. Check the wetness indicator (if available) to know when to change.
6. Tear the side seams to remove the used diaper.
7. Roll up the used diaper, fasten it, and wash your hands.
