Nutritional Ingredients:

How to handle:
Store away from direct sunlight.
Since it has already been frozen, please do not refreeze it after thawing. 
It tastes even better if you consume frozen products 30 minutes after thawing in the refrigerator or 3minutes after thawing at room temperature.
Company Overview
I started my business by making low-sugar desserts for my father who suffered from diabetes. I run a research and development department and make low-sugar, gluten-free, and vegan products, and I also do ODM and OEM. I completed the US FDA facility registration for overseas market entry, and I am in the process of obtaining Halal certification.

In October 2023, I obtained a patent for manufacturing low-sugar macarons, and I won the Korea Cultural Management Award (Confectionery and Dessert category) and the Excellence Award at the Food Recipe Idea Contest.

As a result of focusing on school meals and KakaoTalk gift channels, sales increased by 90% to KRW 590 million in 2024 compared to 2023. Recognized for their product quality, we are supplying them to Lotte Signiel, premium health GYM brand HIRAX, and Samsung Seoul Hospital cafes.
